My name is Hellen. I’ve been living in Italy for 7 years and counting. I briefly lived in Turin, Bologna, and Palermo – where I experienced the delicious Southern Italian cuisines and beaches.
My blog was started out of my inherent passion for writing and sharing my experiences.

I have a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Milan, and a Global MBA in Food and Wine from Bologna Business School.
